What does “included in the commission” mean?+
For eligible transactions, specified professional services are covered by the brokerage commission without a separate professional fee for those services. We confirm the exact services, eligibility and limits in your written engagement before work begins.
Are all closing costs included?+
No. Title-insurance premiums, government and recording fees, filing fees and other third-party charges are not automatically included. Your transaction documents and engagement will identify applicable costs.
Can you help with a company or an estate plan?+
Depending on your purchase and needs, eligible company-formation services or estate-planning services for your home may be included. The appropriate service and its scope are agreed with you in writing.
What if a legal issue arises when I’m selling?+
Seller document preparation and assistance with closing-related legal issues can be included within the agreed scope. This is not a promise to resolve every issue or provide unlimited litigation. Matters outside that scope require a separate agreement.
